Sometimes when a leak occurs under the home, that leak is inaccessible and the piping needs to be replaced. However, replacing the pipe under the home is not usually an option and re-routing the pipe overhead or outside the home may be the only way to get water to that location. If you have had more than one leak in the past two years I would seriously consider a re-pipe the entire home.  Pricing can vary quite a bit depending on the type of accessibility you have in the ceilings.
