I have been saying this in every advertising media I have been using for 30 years.
Perhaps it's because I actually enjoy talking to customers and not hiding from customers. Frankly, I can't understand why every company doesn't do the same thing. I want to my customer to know that I am going to be the person installing that Water Heater, fixing that leak, or installing a Water Softener. I want them to know they can contact for anything they need. Anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
