Work will be performed in the professional manner that you should expect. If you are ever unhappy with that work, it will be redone at our expense until you are satisfied.
The cost of our work will be calculated in a fair manner. For those customers that can show a hardship in advance of work performed, we will arrange payment for any essential work, including a rate reduction and/or payment schedule.
- If we see a less expensive method of repair when working on a service call, we will inform you of the benefits and/or downsides of such alternative solutions.
On all jobs and work sites, we will clean the area of our debris.
